Jeanette Lee (Maricle) Brocato

            Born August 15, 1960 passed away on April 5, 2014 after a long illness at St. Catherine’s Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

            Jeanette is survived by her loving husband Thomas Brocato, her parents James and Carol Ann Maricle, her brothers William and sister-in-law Janet Maricle, James Maricle, Steve Maricle and Dawn Peoples, and sister Cynthia Maricle, her mother-in-law Margaret Brocato sister-in-laws Kathleen Brocato and Annette Sellers, her uncles and aunts William Maricle and Bonnie Ray and Edward Maricle and Millie Lundeen, Clarence and wife Kathy Erickson, and Joyce and husband Frank Kasper, and aunt and godmother, Patsy VanHaecke, nieces Jaclyn, Stephanie, and Sarah Maricle and nephew Clayton Maricle, many cousins including Lori, Lenny, and Larry VanHaecke, Brian, Nicole, and Danielle Erickson, Vicky, Dawn, Brenda, Frank and Edward Kasper and also the Gustafsons, Lentschs, Nymans, Ericksons and many special friends.

            Jeanette graduated from Central High School in 1978 and continued with 2 more years of college. She worked at the Paddock Lake branch of Kenosha Savings and Loan,  Abbott Laboratories in human resources, and for Kronos as a project manager.   She often traveled for work spending time in many cities including New York City, San Francisco, and San Diego.

            Jeanette enjoyed softball, motor-cross racing with her brother William, camping and fishing with her father and brothers, and deer hunting in the fall with her family. She also sky dived 13 times with her friend Gabe and para-sailed in Hawaii & California many times with her mother.  She enjoyed boating and jet skiing with her husband Tom and friends on Silver Lake in the summer.  She also enjoyed Harley riding with Tom, her brothers and friends.  She loved going to concerts especially her favorites Harry Chapin and Jimmy Buffet.

            Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2014, at 3 pm at Christ Lutheran Church in Paddock Lake, WI (24929 75th St).  Visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 1 pm. until the time of services.  Refreshments will be served following the Memorial service.

            In lieu of flowers memorials to the church would be appreciated.

  • I have been looking for Jay for the past almost 30 years. We went to Pacific Travel School in Santa Ana CA in 1979. We lived together with Carol Ann and Mandie.. I was the Frenchie from Canada. She was Jay and I was Ray.. I have photos of us having a fire in the Apt. next to Albertson.(Grocery Store) I was the only one that could buy Beer for all of us.. Famous line was HEY RAY…Time for a beer run. She would talk about Gabe a lot..She loved Skydiving and was going to teach me.. Sure wish I could have kept in touch..
