Thoughts for Stanley T. Ambrose III (1951-2014);

  • Deborah Baker says:

First and foremost, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to his immediate family. His children, grandchildren, sisters.
I knew and loved Stan but for a few (too short) years and he will forever be in my heart as that one ‘true and special love’. My family became his extended family and he made them feel special. There are plenty of memories to comfort us all.

  • Cathy Ambrose says:

I am so sad to hear the news about Tommy. Even though I havent seen any of you in years, I often think about all of you and wondered what happened to everyone. Tom and I were very close in age. I remember him staying with us in the summer. I will let my Dad, Frank know. Love to everyone,
    Cathy

  • Ruth Dickinson says:

Our thoughts go out to all of those that loved Stan, his children; Tom, Jeff and Katie, his partner Deb and all of his friends. He is leaving all of us with so many wonderful memories.

  • Jeff Herrenbruck says:

    Dear Tom, Joan and Mia,
I am so sorry to hear of your Father’s (Grandpa’s) passing. I know how you loved him and how he loved you too. Tom, I can’t help but hear the conversations that go in the office ( that open concept) and it has always warmed my heart to hear you fill your father in about
what is going on in your life. Especially when you closed with an “I love you to Dad.” He raised a wonderful son and you are a blessed man for having such a great Dad.
    Your Pal,
    Jeff Herrenbruck

  • My Heart and Love go out to Tom, Jeff and Katie on the loss of their father. One thing to always remember is that he loved you Children very much.
    Love—Mom

I remember my cousin Tom as a buddy when we were little kids, and a creative and sweet man in our adulthood. So sorry at his loss. My hopes for comfort and good memories for his loving family and friends.

  • Stephanie R. Cannon says:

My family lived next to “Mr. Ambrose” for only 5 years but in that time he has earned a very special place in my youngest sons heart. Stan was the true definition of a neighborhood grandfather. He always had a kind word of encouragement, he showed interest in their days (no matter how mundane), he shared his great sense of humor with everybody and he proved what the word generosity really meant. He has left a great mark on our family. Stan will truly be missed by those that knew him and loved him . We will not be forgetting him any time soon.

  • Jane and Rich Rosmann says:

Our condolences to all who loved Stan. The times we spent getting to know him were enjoyable, we only wish there would have been more. Deb, hugs and love to you, and never forget he will be with you in your heart always, as the one we loved is never far away.

  • Virginia & Al Mullins says:

I did not know Uncle Tom very well. I do however know how much he loved his kids, his sisters, and his nieces and nephews. I’m sure he left you all with great memories.
    Love,

  • Got to town and tried calling, and am so sad to find this. We had a lot of great times, rides and laughs. Our 2 shotsn’beers for a buck sessions at Chris’s were the best grins ever. RIP old pal.
