Ann Timm died Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Hospice Home. She was born April 6, 1932 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Charleston, West Virginia, where she graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School. Ann attended Indiana University and later earned a BA and a M.Ed. from Carthage College. Ann was retired from Gateway Technical College and was a member of the Wisconsin Educators’ Hall of Fame. She was a member of St. Matthew’s Church and the Women’s Club of Kenosha, and she served for many years as a volunteer at the Kemper Center. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Archer, a son, David, her parents and one brother. She is survived by a son, Steven, a daughter, Jeanne Krause (Larry Fish), her grandchildren, Tristan Krause (Dawn) and Sarah Krause, great-granddaughter Lana, and one sister, Barbara Barnett. At Ann’s request, a private funeral service will be held.
