Terry Henry, 55, of Mount Pleasant, WI, passed away on March 31, 2025. Born on August 18, 1969, in Duluth, MN, he was the son of Nancy Henry and Roger Henry Jr., both of whom preceded him in death.

Terry spent the majority of his life working as an Operations Manager in distribution centers across Illinois and Wisconsin. His dedication and leadership were evident throughout his career, where he built lasting relationships and earned the respect of his colleagues.

He was a passionate KISS fan and loved all the 80s hair and heavy metal bands. A true Vikings fan—born and bred—Terry remained loyal to his team throughout his life, finding joy in attending games whenever possible.

Terry will be remembered for his kindness, humor, giving nature, and ability to make friends with anybody. Though his time with us was far too short, the memories he leaves behind will be cherished forever.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Smile Train, or a charity of your choice would be deeply appreciated.

No memorial service will be held.

Thoughts for Terry Henry;

  • Brian McLean says:

    Terry was my next door neighbor growing up. I remember him a very energetic and nice kid. A story of his kindness was when I came home and Terry was there, telling him I was being bullied by older kids. He was the first one to lead the way to go confront them. I will never forget that. Goodbye Terry.

  • Paula Shefchik (Ganter) says:

    Terry was a classmate of mine – he was always a kind, wonderful soul! I will always remember him as that great person! I was so saddened to hear of his passing…. Sending prayers to his children, Char, his whole family & network of friends for strength for days ahead…. xoxo RIP Terry!

  • Jeanine (Carlson) Hughes says:

    I grew up across the street from the Henrys in Duluth. I remember Terry as a sweet, funny, nice, and feisty tow-headed kid. He was key member of the Lillian Ave. gang of kids – the bike riding marathons, kick-ball, night games like steal the flag, etc. Life could not always have been easy for him going through surgeries and probably getting picked on sometimes. But in my memory he almost always had a smile. My condolences to all who knew and loved him.

  • Cheryl Hassell says:

    I met Terry through his sister Tammy. He was a great guy. Enjoyed some time with him and his family when Tammy took my husband and to Illinois to meet her family.

  • Kathie Hicok says:

    Terry and I have been friends since high school. He used to let me use his yellow Mustang over my lunch hour so my friend and I didn’t have to walk in the bad weather. We both ended up in college in Iowa very near each other and were able to hang out there as well until he transferred. Over the years through FB we have maintained contact. He was one of the most attentive and caring friends during my cancer diagnosis – messaging nearly daily for awhile. He will be missed. So many prayers to his kids and family and loved ones.
