Sandra L. Costabile (1957-2014)

Sandra L. Costabile age 56 a resident of Kenoshadied Monday September 22^nd 2014 at her residence.

Born on December 15^th 1957 inKenosha, she was the daughter of the late Donald L. Lewis and Jeanette Chianelli.

She was educated in the schools ofKenoshaand graduated fromBradfordHigh School. She also attended classes at UW Parkside.

On August 5^th 1978 she married Sylvester Costabile at theKemperCenter inKenosha.

She was proud to be a homemaker.

She is survived by her step mother Mary Jane Lewis ofKenosha; three sons Joseph Costabile; Dominic Costabile and Samuel Costabile, all ofKenosha; one daughter Natalia (Jason Quist) Costabile and two grandchildren; Aiden Quist and Max Quist. She is further survived by two sisters Deb Lewis and Linda (Pete) DeRose.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father and one sister Dawn.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday September 25^th 2014 at 6:00PM at the Kemper Center Founders Hall in Kenosha. (6501-3^rd Avenue) Visitation with the family will be on Thursday in Founders Hall from 5:00PM until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
