Roselynn A. “Rose” Lundskow

        Roselynn Lundskow, age 82 a resident of Kenosha died Sunday January 29th, 2023, at the Hospice Alliance Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie WI.

        Born on September 12th 1940 in Kenosha she was the daughter of the late Charles and Adele (Trottier) Ludwig.

        Educated in the schools of Kenosha, she was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.

        Rose married Gary Roy Lundskow and he would precede her in death.

         As a young woman she worked at National T Grocers. She was also employed for many years as a lunch lady for the school district having mainly worked at Prairie Lane Elementary School. She also spent many years as a “Demo Lady” in various grocery stores throughout Kenosha.

        She loved ceramics and was an avid reader. Rose also enjoyed bird watching.

        Rose is survived by two sons; Gary (Liz), Tim Lundskow; two daughters Janine (Shawn) Kowalski and Michelle Lundskow (Mike Perkins); eleven grandchildren, Gary Lee Roy (Ashton) Lundskow, Steven Kavalauskas (Leah Abbott), Jackie Stagg  (Ryan Binninger), Jerry Lundskow, Coty (Michelle Powers), Caitlyn (Lily Kobow), Shania Kowalski, Devin, Jordan Byford (Samantha Howe), Mason Feest, Dominick Charo, and three great grandchildren; Sophia Brown, Adelyn Stagg and Everly Lundskow.

        She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and a brother Charles Jr. in infancy.

        Funeral services will be held on Friday February 3rd, 2023, at 10:30AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Kenosha. (8760-37th Avenue) Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 9:00AM until the time of services. Burial will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.

  • My sympathy and prayers are with your family in the loss of your mom. I met her through my friend Annette Dahl who ironically passed away in the same week. Lynn also worked for me as a food demonstrator — something she enjoyed and was so good at.On top of that she purchased her Town and Country van for. I am sure she will be greatly missed. I enjoyed our friendship.

  • I hate to be rude but the family forgot one thing Carrie Ann Frice who was her very first grandchild I was the reason she became a grandma I am Gary’s first child
