Paul Malko Jr., age 80, a resident of Kenosha, passed away Monday May 27th 2013 at the Hospice House in Kenosha.
Paul was born in 1933 the son of Paul and Bernice Malko. Paul attended local schools and proudly served during the Korean War with the Army 11th Airborne Division from 1951 to 1954.
On July 24, 1954, he married Mary LeRose, a union that lasted 59 years. They were blessed with four children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Paul was employed by Ladish Co for 40 years. He was very athletic in his younger years, playing fastpitch softball and was a solid golfer. He loved his Cubbies and Packers.
Always the prankster while enjoying some cold ones, he was often the life of the party. Paul was a well-rounded music lover who especially loved Marvin Gaye. He also enjoyed watching and listening to the birds sing while sitting in the backyard.
Paul is survived by his loving wife Mary, daughters Gina (Roger) Ciotti, Diane Malko and son Steven K Malko, grandchildren Rachel (Arturo) Napoles Carrera, Allan Amadio, Mary and Anna Fasci and great grandchildren Liliana Napoles Carrera and Johana Dominguez. He is also survived by sisters Pat (Lee) Aiello, Barb (Al) Smestad and Marilyn (Larry) Borland.
Paul was preceded in death by his beloved daughter Debra Ann Fasci, parents Paul and Bernice Malko and a sister Donna Rondeau.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday June 1st 2013 at 10:00AM at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church inKenosha. (5804-Sheridan Road) Visitation with the family will take place on Saturday at the church from 9:00AM until the time of mass. Burial will follow at St. George Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to either Hospice Alliance or St. James the Apostle Church would be appreciated.
