Marsha L. Wells

       Marsha L. Wells, age 55, of Racine passed away on Monday, April 11^th,2022 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice surrounded by her family and dear friend. Marsha was born on February 8^th,1967 in Racine to Guy and Karin (Hoppe) Wells. She attended local schools and graduated from J.I. Case High School in 1985. Marsha also attended Gateway Technical College. She worked for Kohl’s Department Store for over 20 years. Marsha was a person who enjoyed helping others and will be remembered for all the volunteering she did over the years. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading, finding deals at rummage sales and being out in nature.

       She was preceded in death by her father and her cousin Gary Rivers.

       Marsha is survived by, her mother, Karin Wells; her sister, Paula (Jim) Huck; two nieces, Ashley (fiancé’, J.R. Kizewic) Huck and Megan (Tim) Rachal; great nieces and nephew, Breanna, Brooke, Tess and Lucca; her dear friend and BFF forever, Doug Holland as well as many cousins and friends.

       A memorial service for Marsha will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 7^th,2022 at The DeKoven Center -Assembly Hall (600 – 21^st Street, Racine, WI). A visitation will be held on Saturday at Assembly Hall from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, Marsha has requested that donations be made to either St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or a charity of your choice.

        Marsha’s family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to the staffs of Aurora St. Luke’s Hospital or Aurora Zilber Family Hospice for the care they gave to her.
