Thoughts for Lucille M. Otto;

  • Marilyn (Gavin) Simpson says:

    I met Lucy through my mother Alyce Gavin.
    Mom loved Lucy like a daughter and I grew to love her like a sister. How could we not love her! She lit up every room she was in always filling it with Joy! She loved Jesus more than anything and couldn’t wait to be with Him. I think He welcomed her with
    “Hi Sugerbear!”
    David I am so thankful she had these short years with you! Thank you for loving her so well!

  • Robert Morien says:

    One very special person, all heart……and love radiated from her. And yes, the love of JESUS radiated from her also!!!!! I know she is in heaven singing with my wife. I look forward to the day that we will be reunited, but for now we have another angel in heaven looking over us.

    My deepest condolences to David and family and Lucys family. Lucy will surely be missed by a lot of people. But we hopefully can find the joy and happiness knowing that she is in heaven enjoying things that we can’t even imagine.

  • Carol Gostomski says:

    I worked with Lucy as her assistant for a number of years at US Bank. She was such a wonderful person, and I know how much she will be missed by all of her family and friends. My condolences to her family. Rest In Peace, Lucy!

  • My Dear Lucy Lou oh how I miss you. The love that poured out of you freely was always welcoming. Your upbeat personality and smile brought life to room. I will miss our talks multiple times a week and are great conversations about the Bible. You were more than just my parents friend, you were also my friend until you became my church family and sometimes the lines got blurred. Saying goodbye is always hard. I’m so thankful for knowing you here on earth and rejoice knowing I will see you again when God in heaven brings me home. Love you and miss you Lucy Lou😘

  • Lucy was my rock during many difficult years. She embraced my family like her own and loved us unconditionally. When my daughter, Jessie Wynn, was born, she grabbed her and never let go. Jessie spent many Sundays after church at Lucy’s house and absolutely loved it. The love and joy of Jesus in Lucy radiated from her and we all felt it. I was very privileged to be her friend. Her faith in Jesus was astounding and she passed that strength along. I can hear her singing and see her smiling. She is home.
