Jack Johnson (1927 – 2012)

Jack M. Johnson, age 84 a resident Pleasant Prairie WI died Thursday March 1, 2012 at Aurora Medical Center.

A visitation will be held on Friday March 2, 2012 at Holy Nativity Lutheran Church (2313-17th Avnue) from 5:00PM until 7:00PM. The visitation will be concluded with a brief prayer service. Burial will take place on Saturday March 3rd 2012 at Mormon Coulee Memorial Park in Lacrosse WI.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Safe Harbor Humane Society would be appreciated.
