I am so saddened by this news. At one point, Tom and I were very close, and life just got in the way. We stayed in contact through Facebook and we communicated not to long ago. Thinking good thoughts for the family.
Gina Hartlaub says:
It is so hard to believe he is suddenly gone, and I’m so sorry for the hole this leaves in your hearts. Tom was a great neighbor, always willing to help, fun to chat with, and so tender hearted toward all the four legged neighbors especially. It is hard to accept and make sense of the loss of a good person gone way too soon. I think the best comment I’ve heard is it’s such a rip off. I believe God hates death as much as we do (the Bible says it is our enemy and will be destroyed), and I yearn for the day when there will be no more of it. Praying for comfort and peace for you.
