Thomas F. Hucker, age 60 a resident of Wisconsin Dells, died Thursday August 11th 2011 at University Hospital in Madison WI.
Born on October 30th 1950 in Kenosha, he was the son of the late Wallace “Bud” Hucker and Violet (Lasik) Hucker of Kenosha.
He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduated from Tremper High School and attended gateway Technical College.
On July 11th 1970 he married Nancy Wistrand at St. Mark Catholic Church. They later divorced.
He served in the US Army from January 28th 1971 until January 28th 1977.
He was employed at Olde Kilbourn Amusements in Wisconsin Dells at the time of his death. He loved computers, especially working on them. He had also developed some artistic skills in his older years and enjoyed sketching. He will be missed by his long time friend Drake Bixby and his cat Buddy. He is survived by his mother; Violet Hucker of Kenosha; one son Daniel (Nicole) Hucker of Germantown Maryland; one daughter; Keri Castillo of Kenosha; and one step daughter; Desirae`Austin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace “Bud” Hucker, one brother; Wallace “Lee” Hucker, and one sister; Sue Dillard.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 27th 2011 at 10:00AM at St. Mark Catholic Church in Kenosha. Visitation with the family will take place at the church on the day of the service from 9:00AM until services.
In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to the family to offset funeral expenses.
