Suzanne Johnson (1947 – 2010)

Suzanne Johnson, age 63, a resident of Kenosha died July 7, 2010.

Suzanne was born on April 8, 1947 in Wausau WI to Leo and Rosemary Richards. She was educated in the schools of Wausau. Suzanne attended UW-Eau Claire and graduated with a major in English and a minor in journalism. On December 30, 1972 Suzanne married Miles Johnson in Eau Claire WI. She attended St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Suzanne was employed at Goodwill Industries for twelve years. She was previously employed as director and day care teacher at First United Methodist Church. Suzanne loved to shop and garden, she especially loved her flowers. She also loved animals especially dogs.

Suzanne is survived by her husband Miles, son Quinn Johnson, and daughter Kristina Johnson of Kenosha. She is also survived by her sister Elizabeth Winzenried of Muskego WI and many nieces and nephews.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her step father Leo and mother Rosemary.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 10, 2010 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church (7117 14th Avenue) at 11:00 AM. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
