Thoughts for Steven S. Schiavo;

  • My beautiful son. I can not express the void your passing has left, will our hearts ever heal? Your kindness and caring ways, always putting everyone before you, you always had a kind thing to say about everyone. Your love of God, your music, the “Greatful Dead” may your Heaven be filled with this and the Northern Lights that you always hoped to see. You will always be in my heart, I love you dearly. Mom

    My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Steve. Although it’s been many many years since I saw him last, I will always remember childhood times we enjoyed together because our families were close in our younger years. I still have the photo of Steve and I from the wedding when we were ring bearer and flower girl. Rest peacefully in eternal love and light ❤️

  • Dear Karen and family.
    I am so terribly sorry that Steven has left life as we know it. Your Mom (Aunt Pinky) Aunts and Uncles have embraced him and continued the love he knew in life.
    Much love, Jane

    My Steven was also loved playing his guitars & drums. Also, he and his friend Steve from his work. Would jam downstairs in his man cave.

    Steve was such a great friend from high school into our adult life I always new Steve would be my forever friend. Life moves on but memories don’t. You may have gone away but our friendship is right here in my heart. I’ll miss you and my visits with you when I came to town. Steve took me to my first Greatful Dead concert. Fly high in Heaven my friend. We will definitely meet again one day 💔💔

  • I remember officiating he and Gina’s wedding servive in his living room on Father’s day. Most of the words were lifted from Grateful Dead song titles. He will be sorely missed.

  • I worked with Steve. For a couple of years we worked on the same housing unit. I will always remember his love for music and his kind nature. I remember how excited he was when he seen me listening to the Greatful Dead station satellite radio in parking lot. He was accepting to diffences and non-judgmental of others. The world lost a good guy and we are all better people for have knowing him. Sending my peace and love during this difficult time.

    Was so shocked to hear of Steve’s passing. Although I hadnt seen him in many years, I was always very fond of him. He always had such a mellow peaceful way about him. My condolances to his family- I cant imagine the grief you are going through.

  • this is so sad to hear. this man was there the day i was born, taught me how to talk and walk when i was young, made me food and blueberry muffins.🥺 i called you dad for the first 4 years of my life. we went through hell and back going through a trial. i never ever forgot about you and i never will. it’s sad to know you didn’t get to the chance to see me grow up and do good with my life. i’ll miss you!
