Sho John Nakata, age 89 died Thursday March 24, 2005 at Brookside Care Center.
Mr. Nakata was born on August 23, 1915 to the late Yasaji and Kino (Tsuji) Nakata in Pasadena CA.
He came to the Midwest in 1944. On January 13, 1945, he married Mimeko Katow in Chicago.
He was self-employed as a Master Barber for almost 40 years in the Chicago area.
He is survived by his wife, of Kenosha; one daughter Lin Nakata of Kenosha; three grandchildren; James (Phuong) Sharp of Sunnyvale CA; Lynn (Tim) Halmar of Milw. WI; John (Tricia) Sharp of Sheboygan WI and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Kiyo and two sisters; Mary and Betty.
Services for Mr. Nakata will be private.
