Ruth Ann Steinhoff, age 86, of Racine, passed away on May 13th, 2024, at Ascension All Saints. She was born on October 12th, 1937, to the late Cecil Taylor and Sylvia (Barrows) in Racine.

As per the family’s wishes services will be held privately.
