Robert L. Beck (1942-2017)

Robert L. Beck, age 74, a resident of Kenosha died on Thursday March 2nd 2017 at his home.

Robert was born in Chicago on July 15^th 1942. He was the son of Frank and Viola Beck. On October 5^th, 1963, he married Cathrine Reid in Chicago. She preceded him in death in 2004. Robert worked as a manager at Tandy Leathers of Dallas/Fort Worth and retired from Menard’s in Kenosha.

Surviving Robert are his sons Robert (Dawn) Beck Jr. of Kenosha and John (Jennifer) Beck of Huntley IL as well as his grandchildren, Brandon Weber, Nicole Beck, Brittany Beck, Tyler Beck, Christopher Beck and Jamie Beck as well as his great granddaughter Sierra. Robert is also survived by his longtime loving companion Karen Messec.

A visitation with Robert’s family will be held in Kemper Center Founder’s Hall (6501-3^rd avenue) on Sunday, March 12^th from 1:00PM until 2:30PM. A memorial service for Robert will follow at 2:30PM. Private inurnment will be held at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
