Rita Louise Schwanke (Mallow), 68, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday morning, Nov. 9, 2011, at her home in Kenosha.
Rita was born on October 15, 1943 in the city of Watertown, daughter of Hugo and Edna Mallow (Krueger). She was a graduate of Watertown High School and married her husband, Myron Lee Schwanke, of Watertown on June 4, 1966.
Survivors include her husband, Myron Schwanke, two sons, William (Carol) Schwanke of Alma, WI and Michael Schwanke of Bristol, WI, a daughter, Angela (John) Daniels of Kenosha, WI, one grandchild, Brandon Schwanke of Watertown and a sister Dorothy Mitchell (Mallow) and other relatives and friends.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister Rachel, and two brothers, Howard Mallow and Everett Mallow.
Rita dedicated her life to ?saving souls? for her Lord. She will be deeply missed by her entire family and all who knew her.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12th at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church (2100 75th Street) in Kenosha, WI. Visitation with the family will be held at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
A luncheon will follow the memorial at the Starlite Club (8936 24th Avenue, Pleasant Prairie) for family and friends to pay their respects.
Donations may be directed to Pastor Myron Schwanke at 910 85th Street #102, Kenosha, 53143 and will be gifted in her honor to the churches she and Myron served.
