Randolph Scott Allen

Randy Allen 61 years of age passed away in the early morning of February 28^th, 2023. He was a loving husband and widower of Kathleen Allen. They would have shared 42 years together in August.

Randy was born September 17^th 1960 in Kenosha WI. He was the son of Charles and Carol Allen. He attended MATC Milwaukee where he received his degree in Paralegalisum. Randy also attended Carthage College in Kenosha graduating with Humanities/Art and Honors in Criminal Justice Pre-Law.

He was a member of Sacred Journey Church. Randy enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles as well as going for bike rides. He loved to golf, fish, reading and being a helping hand for those he loved.

Randy is survived by his 3 children, son Shaun Allen, eldest daughter Casandra Richardson, and his youngest daughter Stephanie Culver, son in laws Zachary Richardson and Joshua Culver, grandchildren Maylanni, Atticus, Leonidas, and Raelynn Richardson, brothers Roger (June) Allen and Clifford (Marge) Allen.

A memorial service with visitation with family for Randy will be held at the Kemper Center Kenosha Founders Hall on March 11^th, 2023 from 4pm to 5pm with a service beginning at 5pm.

In lieu of flowers we ask that you take a moment to hug your children, grandkids, friends, and neighbors, or take a long ride into the wind. Embrace the moments whether it be for just a minute, or an hour or the day. Time waits for no one, not even Randy’s cats.
