Michael “Mike” Aiello

Michael (Mike) Frank Aiello, age 61, a resident of Kenosha passed away peacefully on Thursday August 24, 2023, surrounded by loving family members. Born on July 13, 1962 in Kenosha he was the son of the late Frank and Delores (Christman) Aiello. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and was a lifelong resident.

Mike spent numerous years working for Cicchini Asphalt, paving streets throughout southeastern Wisconsin.  In his free time Mike enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, gardening, cooking, and watching his favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers.  Whenever possible Mike would head out to Twin Lakes or Paddock Lake in Kenosha County and spend the afternoon fishing, often coming back home with dinner for him as well as his friends. Mike also loved to care for his dog of 15 years, Zena, who misses him dearly.  Mike’s smile was infectious, and his laugh brought joy to his family and his many friends.

Mike is survived by two brothers, Bryan (Molly) Aiello of Peoria, Arizona and Andrew (Agnieszka) Aiello of Carmel, Indiana; four sisters, Virginia (Mark) Ebacher of Park Ridge, Illinois, Jayne Steinmetz of Kenosha, Karen (Dave) Parmentier and Shelly (Kevin) Peltier, both of Pleasant Prairie; fifteen nieces and nephews; many good friends and his faithful dog Zena.

He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Delores Aiello.  The immediate family wishes to thank all of those who cared for Mike during his last days at Froedert South Hospital.

A private Mass of Christian Burial for the immediate family will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Kenosha.
