Michael Hennegan (1973 – 2005)

Michael J Hennegan, age 31 formerly a resident of Racine, late of the Kenosha area, died Monday April 11, 2005 in Lake County.

Born on July 3, 1973 in Racine, he was the son of John Donald Hennegan and Patricia (Ours) McBride.

He was educated in the schools of Racine.

On August 23, 1997 he married Jennifer R. Sanchez in Racine.

He attended Holy Cross Lutheran Church. He loved the outdoors, and was an avid fisherman. He prided himself as having taught his girls to fish, and loved spending time with them. He enjoyed board games and playing cards and was a Green Bay Packers fan.

Beere Precision Medical in Kenosha employed him. Bombardier in Sturtevant had previously employed him.

Michael is survived by his wife Jennifer and two daughters Amelia and Samantha, all of Racine; his father John Hennegan of Milw. his mother Patricia McBride of Friendship WI, one brother Marshall (Carmen) Hennegan of Warrens WI, 2 half-brothers Marcus Hennegan and Jeremy Hennegan and their families, one sister Michelle Toutant of Racine, his mother-in-law Cathy Wiedenhaft of Racine, his brother-in-law Timothy Sanchez of Colorado, his paternal grandparents Don and Wanda Hennegan of Racine and many aunts, uncles, loving nieces, nephews and many friends whom all loved him very much.

A memorial service for Michael will be held on Friday April 15, 2005 at 6:00PM Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Racine at 3350-Lathrop Avenue. (Corner of Lathrop Ave. and Taylor Ave.) Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 4:30PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated to benefit the education of the girls.
