Melissa Pannell, age 47, a resident of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2015 at her residence.
Born on January 26th 1968 in Florida she is the daughter of James (Diane) O. Snellgrove and the late Carol Davis.
She received her bachelors’ degree in psychology from UW Parkside and a master’s degree in counseling from the IL School of Professional Psychology.
In September of 1998 she married Dennis Pannell in Waukegan IL.
She was employed as the Clinical Residency Director at ABTC in Mundelein IL and then at AALTO Enhancement Center in Kenosha,
She is survived by her father Jim (Diane) Snellgrove of Georgia; her husband Dennis of Kenosha; two daughters Alexis Rodriguez of Oregon and Rebecca Pannell of Kenosha. She is further survived by a brother Scott and a half sister Michelle.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 7th 2015 at 3:00PM at Immanuel Baptist Church in Kenosha. (6009-Pershing Blvd.) Visitation with the family will be on Thursday at the church from 2:00PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
