Mark Haugen

Mark Haugen, was born 6/26/1962 to parents and former school teachers Ruth Janet (deceased) and Carl Chester (deceased).

Mark was born in Sioux City Iowa and moved to Kenosha when he was 4 years old. He said he had a great childhood with his sister Janet Mary and brother John Charles, and that he got everything he wanted, within reason.

Mark met and married Sarah Haugen and they divorced in 11/14/2008.

Mark met many people he called friends when he was living on the street. He was appreciative for what he had and did not waste opportunities to thank people for helping him along the way.

He was an intelligent guy with a quick wit who used sarcasm to get through the tough times.
