Lynette Mae DeLong (Rollain) age 85, of Kenosha, passed away at Aurora Medical Center on January 5th, 2023. She was born on October 9th, 1937, to the late “Bud” (Ora) and Norma (Minkey) Rollain in Kenosha. She graduated from Bradford High School in 1955. She worked as an LPN at Kenosha Memorial Hospital for 35 years. She loved horses, knitting & crocheting, loved to cook for her family especially spaghetti, and loved her family very much.
She is survived by her children: Bradley (Nancy) DeLong, Kim Maccari, Bryan (Brianne) DeLong, grandchildren: Amanda (Patrick) Runyen, Kailey (Teran Goldschimt) Maccari, Ally (Paul) Capriotti, son-in-laws: Paul Maccari and Tim Krenzke, and great-grandchildren: Alayna & Molly Runyen, Lilian & Joseph Capriotti, and Rylie Maccari. She is also survived by her special friend DeeDee Millstead. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and daughter Carrie Lynn (DeLong) Krenzke in 2008.
As per the family’s wishes, services will be held privately.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I was lucky enough to join in Lynette’s family as a cousin when my mother married her Uncle Melvin L Minkey. I spent a lot of time with her and on occasion babysat for her. She was very special person and will never be forgotten.
