Luis Avila (1995 – 2005)

Luis S. Avila, age 9, a resident of Kenosha, died peacefully surrounded by friends and family Friday March 18 2005 at his residence after a courageous fight with cancer.

Born on March 27 1995 in Mexico, he is the son of Jose Luis and Roselia(Salado)Avila.

He came to the United States in 2002. He was attending Frank Elementary School and was in the 4th grade.

He is survived by his parents of Kenosha, one brother Hugo, one sister Ivette, both of Kenosha; his maternal grandparents Erasmo Salado and Feliciana Suarez of Mexico, his paternal grandparents Tayde Avila and Erendira Ramirez also of Mexico, and many other loving friends and family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sunday (TODAY) March 20 2005 at 6:00PM at St. Marks Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4:00PM until the time of service.
