Lucrecia Vargas (1915 – 2006)

Lucrecia C. Vargas, 90 of Kenosha WI, passed away on the morning of January 11, 2006 at her home.

Born in San Marcos, Guatemala on November 23, 1915 she was the daughter of the late Miguel Villatoro and Elvira Martinez.

In 1931 Lucrecia Vargas was married to Humberto Vargas who later died in 1945. She was later married to Mardoqueo Gonzales in 1957.

She is survived by 3 sons; Eduardo Vargas, Isaias Vargas, Leonel Villatoro and one daughter; Thelma Ortiz. She is survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great grand children.

She was preceded in death by her youngest son Mardoqueo Villatoro.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Jan. 16, at 10:00 A.M. at New Jerusalem. (7002 34th Ave) Burial will take place at All Saints Cemetery following the service. Visitation will take place on Sunday, January 15, 2006 from 6:00 P.M. until midnight in the New Jerusalem Church.
