Lorraine Fort (1918 – 2010)

Lorraine Charlotte Fort, age 92, passed away Saturday October 16, 2010 at Lakeshore Manor.

Lorraine was born in East Chicago IN to Charles and Amanda (Olson) Nelson.

Lorraine is survived by two daughters Lorilee (Robert) Adams of Pleasant Prairie WI and Dr. Loreen (Joseph Holbus Jr) Fort of Racine WI and two grandchildren Bryan Adams of Pleasant Prairie WI and Kathryn Adams of Pleasant Prairie WI.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers and sisters.

Memorial Service will be held at First Reformed Church (7110 Old Spring Street) on Thursday October 21, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of services. Burial will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials would be appreciated with charities to be designated at a later date.
