Lori Jo Costabile Larson, age 60, a resident of Kenosha, died Thursday October 2nd 2014 atKenoshaMedicalCenter after a brief illness.
Lori was born January 27, 1953 inKenoshato Joseph and Elizabeth (Frasheski) Costabile. She was educated in the schools ofKenoshaand graduated fromTremperHigh School. She attendedGatewayTechnicalCollegeand became a CNA.
On May 9th, 1980, she was united in marriage with Clifford Larson. He preceded her in death on April 18, 1987.
Lori was employed by her family’s business Industrial and Commercial Communications (Racine Private Police) and also worked at various nursing homes as a CNA.
Lori enjoyed bowling and bowled in several different leagues through the years. She also enjoyed country music and reading. She especially enjoyed taking long walks with her dog.
Surviving Lori are her brothers Cy Costabile and Ronald (Barbara) Costabile and her sisters Julie (Jeffery) Frank and Jayne (Robert) Nudi, all ofKenosha. She is further survived by her longtime companion Ronald Schneider and by her dog Katy. Lori is survived by many nieces and nephews who considered her a second mother.
Lori was preceded in death by her parents and husband and also by her sister in law Sandra Costabile.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 7th, 2014 at 6:00PM at Kemper Center Founder’s Hall. (6500-3rd Ave)
Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 5:00PM until the time of services.
Interment will be held atSt.GeorgeCemeteryat a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
The family would like to thank Dr. Mariani and Dr. Mario Garretto as well as theKenoshaHospitalstaff in the emergency room and in the CCU for the care that they gave to Lori.
