Linda S. Hayden, age 56, a resident of Kenosha died Sunday March 28, 2005 at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan.
Born on March 26, 1949 in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late Harold Hayden and Violet (Williams) Hayden of Kenosha.
She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and was a graduate of Tremper High School. She was also a graduate of Gateway Technical College in the nursing program.
In January 1974 she married Randolph Brabant. They would later divorce.
She was employed as an LPN by Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Zion IL.
She was a member of St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Wadsworth IL. She was an avid cook and enjoyed preparing large meals for family gatherings. She loved to read and study various subjects. She also loved art and visiting the Art Museum in Chicago.
She is survived by her mother of Kenosha; two sons Christopher Brabant of Vancouver Canada; Gabriel Brabant of Trevor WI; two daughters Dawn Brabant of Pleasant Prairie, Sarah (Dewey) Graham of Mississippi and two brothers Terry (Carole) Hayden of Kenosha and Robert (Marie) Hayden of Kenosha.
Her father preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Linda will be celebrated on Thursday March 31, 2005 at 11:00AM at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Wadsworth IL. Burial will take place at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park in Kenosha. Visitation will be on Thursday at the church from 10:00AM until the time of mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
