Lenin Rangel-Garcia (1983 – 2006)

Lenin A. Rangel-Garcia, age 23, a resident of Kenosha, died on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 because of a car accident in Racine.

He graduated High School and took some college classes. He was a couple months away from earning his citizenship. He worked at Mano Fencing.

There will be no service. Lenin will be going back to Mexico for a service and burial.
