Kevan R. Gehrke

Kevan R. Gehrke, age 34, a lifelong resident of Kenosha, passed away on May 30^th, 2025. He was born on May 31^st, 1990, to Russell Gehrke and Tammy (Pavlovich) in Kenosha. Kevan worked at Woodman’s Grocery Store in Kenosha for many years and was even promoted to shift leader.

He loved watching the Green Bay Packers and WWE Wrestling. He also loved music and connected with many people this way. He often spent a lot of time at the shooting range, in the gym and loved to lift weights. He was known by many for always being helpful and loved helping people in any way he could. He was a devoted “big brother” to the kids his mom babysat for. He loved all his family and friends and was especially close to his mother and grandmother. He cherished and doted on his two fur babies: Sully and Mama Jo-Jo.

He is survived by his parents: Tammy Murray and Russell Gehrke. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: James Pavlovich and Carol Pavlovich, paternal grandparents: William Gehrke and Margaret Gehrke, uncle: Glen Gehrke, and stepdad: Steven Murray.

As per the family’s wishes, services will be announced at a later date.
