Kari Zwickey, age 34, died Thursday August 25th 2016 in Kenosha.
Kari was born in Kenosha on June 8, 1982 to Robert and Janet (Andrews) Zwickey. She graduated from Bradford High School in 2000 and then moved with her parents to Arizona. She attended Mohave Community College and worked hard in the nursing program. She moved back to Kenosha in 2013.
Kari enjoyed music, singing with a choir and was learning to play the bass guitar. Her happiest times were spent doing things for others. She was gifted at making special birthday cakes, scrapbooking and making cards for family and friends. She adored her children and loved to spend time with her extended family.
Kari is survived by her mother Janet Devore, her father Robert Zwickey, and her children Chloe Roybal and Charlie McCune. She is further survived by her brothers Dwayne Devore, Chris (Tami) Zwickey, Timmy (Sue) Zwickey and Bobby Zwickey and her sisters Dana Devore Merz and Sandy Zwickey as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 31st 2016 at 6:00PM at the Kenosha Woman’s Club. (6028-8th Avenue) Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday at the Woman’s Club from 4:30PM until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family would be appreciated. Memorial donations to a GoFundMe account in Kari’s name would also be welcomed.
