Juliet M. Vassh (Anderson) (1918-2013)

Juliet M. Vassh (Anderson), age 94, a resident of Racine died Wednesday January 16, 2013 at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare All Saints.

Juliet was born in Racine on June 7, 1918. She was an avid Packer fan and loved music-especially Big Band, Frank Sinatra and Elvis. She loved to play dominoes, read and enjoyed her garden flowers. She retired from the Racine County Dept of Human Services.

She is survived by her sons Joe (Ruthann) Vassh of Burlington, Frank (Sharon) Vassh of Texas and David Vassh and daughters Diane Finn of California and Pamela Vassh, and daughter-in-law Karen Vassh of New York. She is also survived by grandsons Daniel (Laura) Finn of California, Robert Vassh, Scott (Dawn) Vassh of Texas, and granddaughters Jackie Vassh, Brenda (Tim) Park of Texas and Judy (Ben) Finn of California. She is further survived by six great grandchildren Megan, Miranda and Carly Vassh and Sam, AJ and Zachery Park all of Texas.

She was previously married to Alex Vassh.

Juliet was preceded in death by her son Alan, grandson Stephen, parents Elsie and Frank Anderson and 2 sisters Virginia McCleod and Harriet Robetcky.

A committal service will be held on Monday January 22, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Westlawn Memorial Park Chapel.
