Joyce E. Lupi, age 93, of Kenosha passed away on Thursday, August 26th,2021
at Hospice Alliance – Hospice House. Joyce was born on October 27th,1927 in
Kenosha to William and Rose (Willems) Huck and she attended local schools. In
1946 Joyce married Anthony Lupi at St. George Catholic Church. She worked for
over 25 years at Kenosha Hospital. Joyce enjoyed swimming at the Y with her
senior group, reading and going to lunches with friends. Her greatest joy was the
time she spent with her family.
She was preceded in death by, her parents; her husband, a daughter, Evelyn
Jackson; her brother, Bob Huck and five sisters, Pearl Richie, Elaine Goergen,
Shirley Leiting, Dorothy Huck and LaVerne Nelson.
Joyce is survived by, three sons, Bill Lupi, Jack (Antoinette) Lupi and Eugene
(Julie) Lupi; eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; her sister, Marion Flex as
well as nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Joyce will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 1st,2021 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (4816 – 7th Avenue) with interment to follow at St. James Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Alliance would be greatly appreciated.
