John Helminger (1955 – 2007)

John R. Helminger, age 51, died Saturday February 24, 2007, at his residence in Kenosha.

He was born on March 13, 1955 to James and Loretta (Halpin) Helminger in Kenosha.

He was a lifelong resident of Kenosha. He attended local schools and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School in 1973.

He retired from Daimler Chrysler Corporation as an assembler after 30 years of employment. He was part of the local ?72? retirees chapter.

He enjoyed fishing and golfing.

He is survived by his son Dylan; two daughters, Sara and Samantha all of Kenosha; mother, Loretta of Kenosha; brother, William of Kenosha; sister, Lynn (Marley) Abram of Muskego; and ex-wife Kimberly (nee: Simon) Helminger.

He is preceded in death by his father, James in 1960 and one brother in infancy.

A memorial mass will be held on Saturday March 3, 2007 at 12:00pm at St. Peter?s Catholic Church. Visitation will be at 11:00am until the time of mass. There will be a luncheon following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Helminger family would be appreciated.
