Joanne Marie Golbricht, age 76 a resident of Bristol died Sunday January 15th 2017 at her residence.
Joanne was born in Kenosha on April 25th, 1940, the daughter of Gordon and Bernice (Sockness) Bell. She graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School as a member of the Class of 1958 and on August 12th, 1961 she was united in marriage with the love of her life Earl D. Golbricht at Grace Lutheran Church.
Joanne worked at American Motors and Rolan Electric before taking time to raise her family. She then went back to work and worked at the video store, Frantal Nursery and Jelly Belly.
Joanne enjoyed cheering on the Green Bay Packers, going on road trips to the casino, crocheting, building puzzles and collecting anything “Elvis”. She loved updating her status of Facebook and spending time with her special nieces and nephews. Every one of them made her face light up!
She loved to bake and always had an “open door” policy for all her friends. She was also one of the best cooks, but mostly she was a loving and caring person. Nobody left her house without Joanne calling “Be careful!” after them.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 55 years Earl Golbricht, her children, Dawn (Larry) Litz, Dean (Tammie) Golbricht and Debra (Tim) Ironside as well as her four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother that she loved dearly Clifford (Kathy) Bell and by many special nephews and nieces. She is also survived by her grand dogs, especially Taylor and by her bird Cricket.
Joanne was preceded in death by her parents.
