James B. Kirk (1940-2018)

James B. Kirk, age 77 a resident of Kenosha, died Monday January 22, 2018 at his residence.

James was born March 7, 1940 to the late Dewey and Trelcie (Prestiage) Kirk in Fulton Mississippi. On January 20, 1978, he married Gale Bellaver in Waukegan IL. James was a chemical operator for Gillette. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and horseshoes and was a die hard Packer fan.

James is survived by his wife Gale, son Kristopher (Jackie) Kirk, step daughter Shelley (Mike) Michalski and step son David (Maria) Johnson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Joseph Michalski, Alex Michalski, Owen Kirk and Eyan Kirk. He is further survived by his brother Jack (Gwen) Kirk and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 3, 2018 at 11:00AM at the Woman’s Club of Kenosha. Visitation with the family will take place on Saturday February 3, 2018 at the Woman’s Club from 10:00AM until the time of services. A luncheon will immediately follow.
