James A. Torcaso passed away on Saturday November 16, 2019. He was 80 years old. James was born in Kenosha on January 7, 1939. He was the youngest son of Samuel and Angeline (Mancuso) Torcaso. He went to Bradford High School.
He started out getting an apprenticeship with Zinane Sheet Metal and later with M. Peterson Sheet Metal. In 1972 he got a Realtors degree and opened his own office on Hwy 50. He met and married the love of his life Elaine Finnemore. They married on November 23, 1957. He had many interests in owning a motorhome and traveling with the family throughout Wisconsin. He also loved golfing with his special friend Gene and loved playing chess with his special friend Joe. He loved helping people and was so handy with his hands and could figure out anything.
He was a loving father to his son Michael and daughter Ann.
He is survived by his wife Elaine, his son Michael (Suzie) and daughter Ann. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Ken Finnemore, his sister-in-law Joanne (Peter Alm) Finnemore, his sisters-in-law Mary Ann Torcaso and Marlene Torcaso and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law John and Edna Finnemore, his brothers Frank and Richard Torcaso and his sister-in-law Diane Finnemore.
Services will be private.
