Thoughts for Jack Thomas Fedor;

  • Jack sang with The Real Deal for many years and was loved by all who knew him. He knew how to join people together through music and brought smiles to everyone’s faces and hearts. May he rest in eternal peace.

  • Richie, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. Your dad was an awesome guy. We hung out together, along with Jerry and Mike, when I was in high school. I always enjoyed watching him in bands and hearing him sing. Remember when I used to come see you and your dad on Saturdays when you were bowling?

  • Jack’s prowess as an entertainer and vocalist was rivaled by his infectious humor and always affable juxtaposition. He was so joyful to be around. I had the opportunity to play drums and guitar behind him. People loved Jack for a reason- he was simply a loveable guy. Whenever I was in his presence, there was always joy. Thank you for all of the laughs and wonderment, buddy.. I will see you on the other side.

  • We loved Jack and are honored to have known him. He sang at our wedding, and we got to play music with him several times at the Coffeehouse at Chestnut and Pine in Burlington. Some of our favorite moments were introducing friends to his performing for the first time. The look of joy on their faces as they watched in wonder was always priceless. Jack was priceless, too. One of a kind.

    Jack was the cool Uncle. The one blasting the car radio. The one who was always up for a round of putt-putt. He had the gift of gab – you never had to worry about the burden of conversation because he would go from one topic to the next effortlessly. And thing this was, he was totally invested in every topic. He was a people person – he genuinely cared about others’ feelings and situations. He had something that not every person can have – charisma. And his charisma made him unique. That is how I will always remember him.

  • I played bass in a band with him when I was 12 or so. I think he was 17 at the time. We practiced in his basement. Good times. When I moved back to Kenosha in 2009 we got reacquainted. He would always come out where bands were playing, often sitting in. I was happy he was still sing and sounding great! He was a wonderful person. Gentle and fun to talk too. A good soul. R.I.P. Jack.
