Frank Stella (1927-2019)

Frank “Chic” Stella, age 91, of Kenosha passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Home Inspired. Frank was born on April 16, 1927 in Kenosha to Jasper and Virginia (Greco) Stella and was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Frank served in the United States Navy serving in the Pacific. On June 15, 1957, he married Marilyn Halbur at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Menomonee Falls, WI. Frank served on the Kenosha Police Department from 1950-1985. He was an avid photographer. His greatest joy was the time he spent with his family.

Survivors include his wife Marilyn of 61 years; two sons, Richard (Marie) Stella, Kenosha, WI. and Gary Stella, Pasadena, CA.; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Vincent and Bridget Stella as well as other family and friends.

In accordance with Frank’s wishes, private services were held.
