Francisca Rios (1949 – 2006)

Francisca Santos Rios, age 56 a resident of Burlington, died Tuesday February 14, 2006 at St. Luke?s Medical Center in Milwaukee.

Born on May 5, 1949 in Crystal City Texas, she was the daughter of the late Miguel R. Santos and Consuelo (Carrizales) Santos of Uvalde Texas.

On December 19, 1982 she married Ricardo Rios in Crystal City Texas.

She is survived by her husband Ricardo of Burlington; two sons, Ricardo S. Rios Jr. and Steven Rios both of Burlington; three daughters; Elda R. (Rolando) Rendon, Barbara Suzanne Rios, both of Hutto Texas, Erica Rios of Burlington; five grandchildren; Ricky III, Dora Marie, Nicolas, Zakkary, Steven Noel, all of Burlington; five brothers Inocente and Miguel of San Antonio; Alfanso of Uvalde Texas; Manuel of Waukesha and Jose of Burlington.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1999.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday February 16, 2006 at 12:00 noon at St. Charles Catholic Church in Burlington. (449-Conkey Street) Visitation will be Thursday morning from 10:00AM until the time of mass. Burial will take place in Texas.
