Diane J. Malko passed away Sunday March 5, 2017 at the Hospice Alliance Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie.
Born September 14, 1964, she was educated in local schools and graduated from Tremper High School.
She was employed by Abbot Labs for twenty years before she became ill. Diane showed incredible courage, a “never give up” resolve, and a strong will that did not waver during her two-plus year journey.
Diane was a bright, beautiful girl who loved family deeply. Her hearty laugh was contagious and her adventurous soul lead her to travel extensively. She was drawn to photography and some of her most breathtaking photos were of her trips to Hawaii, Cape Cod and California.
Diane is survived by her loving Mom, Mary, her sister Gina (Roger) Ciotti, and her brother Steven K. Malko. Diane adored her nieces and nephew; Mary Fasci, Ana Fasci, Rachel Napoles Carrera and Allan Amadio, and she was always delighted to spend time with her great-nieces and nephew Liliana, Johana and Efra. She was also loved by many Aunts, Uncles, and many close cousins who will miss her joyful spirit.
She was preceded in death by her beloved sister Debra Ann, Dad Paul, grandparents Pasquale and Divina LeRose and Paul and Bernice Malko and by her Aunt Chris, her Uncle John and her Uncle Len.
Our family would like to thank the angels on Earth who took such good care of Diane at Hospice House.
As per Diane’s wishes, private family services will be held.
