Bryan Skeans (1972 – 2011)

Bryan C. Skeans, age 38 a resident of Pleasant Prairie died Sunday January 23rd 2011 at the Hospice House.

Born on August 8th 1972, he was the son of Leah (Laybourn) Milligan and the late David Ray Skeans.

He moved to Kenosha and was educated in the schools of Kenosha.

He was employed as a carpenter for different contractors. He loved working on models of different types. He also raced motorcycles. He loved to fish and as a young man played soccer.

He is survived by his mother Leah (Herschel) Milligan, three brothers Sean Skeans of Pleasant Prairie; Jacob (Heather Livingston) Skeans of Kenosha; Sean (Christina) Doherty of California; and three sisters Davina, Bridgette and Shannon Skeans, all of Mexico and step sister Sheri (Carl) Holborn of Kenosha. He is further survived by nephews Tristan, Tyler and Carl, and Aunts and Uncles Scott (Sheila) Laybourn, Lance (Kathleen) Laybourn, and Mary Laybourn as well as Floyd Skeans, Robert Skeans, Ruby Andersen, Dan Skeans, Della Peterson.

He was preceded in death by his father and sister Heather Marie Skeans.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 6:00PM at Immanuel Baptist Church. (6009-60th Street) Visitation with the family will be on Thursday at the church from 4:00PM until the time of services. Burial will take place at Sunset Ridge memorial Park on Friday at 11:00AM.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
