Augustus “Skip” Canfield Ledyard Jr., age 81, of Beach Park, passed away on July 14th, 2023, in Kenosha. He was born on September 2nd, 1941, to the late Augustus Ledyard Sr. and Alice (Craven), in Grosse Pointe Shores, MI. On November 23rd, 1974, he married Denise Gehrke, which they later divorced. He loved spending time in nature and working on his beloved 1958 Ford Fairlane.
He is survived by his daughters: Mary (Jon) Hiltibran, Heather (Freddie) Spikes, Tiffany (Tom) Roberts, Amy-Lynn Ledyard, Patricia (Trent) Nuzzo, 10 grandchildren, a sister: Alice Ledyard Hudson, 2 nieces, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Services for Skip will be held at Kemper Center Founder’s Hall, on Friday July 21st, 2023, at 10 AM.
