Arthur R. Egleston,83, of Kenosha passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Hospice Alliance Hospice House. Arthur was born on November 26, 1934 in Chicago to Arthur and Lillian (Reardon) Egleston. He married Cynthia Ancevic. He was a carpenter for many years and was a member of the Chicago Regional Carpenters Union of IL until his retirement in 1997. He enjoyed antique collecting, travel and he had an extraordinary talent for making furniture. His greatest joy was the time he spent with his family.
He was preceded in death by, his parents and his step-mother, Kathryn Egleston.
Arthur is survived by, two sons, Arthur and David Egleston; two step-sons, Jason and Corey Kublik;
two daughters, Darlene (John) Cankar and Christina McGee; four grandchildren, Nicholas (Brittany) Cankar, Katelyn (Justin) Cooper, Hunter and Dylan Kublik; a great granddaughter, Charlotte Cooper;
three sisters, Barbara (James) Grady, Marlene Cutchin and April (Bruce) May as well as other family and friends.
A memorial service for Arthur will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Womans Club (6028 – 8th Avenue). A visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service.
