Anna Keller (1908 – 2007)

Anna Keller, age 99, a resident of Kenosha, died Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Hospice House.

Anna was born on September 1, 1908 in Chicago, IL to Henry and Marie (Krause) Aull.

She married Alfred O. Keller on January 7, 1926 in Waukegan, IL

She was a member of St. Lukes Evangelical Lutheran Church.

After her family was grown, she worked at the KYF in Kenosha for many years.

Anna is survived by two daughters, Betty (Ted) Sternbach, and Charlene Tarver both of Kenosha; a sister Helen (Henry) Aull of Niles, IL; 27 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband in February 1982, a daughter Annabelle May Ida Hargrove; four sons LeRoy Richard Keller, James Walter Keller, Donald Robert Keller, and Herbert Otto Keller; two infant sons Alfred Eugene Keller, and Earl Alfred Keller; one infant daughter Sandra; parents; five brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at 10:00AM at St. Lukes Evangelical Lutheran Church. (6700-30th Avenue) Visitation will be on Wednesday at the church from 9:00AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Green Ridge Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to either the Hospice House or the American Cancer Society.

The family would like to give thanks to all of the personnel at Hospice House who spent many caring and loving hours with our mother.
