William Altergott

          December 11^th, 1957 – June 21^st, 2021

          William (Billy)Altergott passed away on Monday, June 21st, 2021, at Froedtert South surrounded by family. William was born on December 11^th, 1957, in Kenosha to Ronald and Sandra (Wadewitz) Altergott.

          He was educated in local schools. Billy worked for Montgomery Wards and Kenosha Tire for many years ending his work career in construction. He loved watching Nascar races and playing cards with his family and friends. Billy was always the one person you could count on at anytime to help you out when help was needed.

          Billy is survived by his father Ronald Altergott daughter Heather “Scoots” (Paul) Altergott – Josheff, his sisters Pam Brothen, Tina (Ron) Tritt, Tammy (Ray) Morgan; brother Bruce (Debra) Altergott, 8 nieces and nephews and 9 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sandra (Wadewitz) Altergott, brother-in-law Keith Brothen and longtime companion Cindy Hansen.

We will be following Billy’s wishes for a private family service. The family would like to thank Dr. Bloom and his staff including the chaplain at Froedtert south as well as Casey Family Options for all their care and compassion during this difficult time.
