  • My uncle Jim was the most kind hearted person you will ever meet. This man had a story about everything. Loved playing cards and telling jokes. Most of all spending time with his family and friends. I remember going on several fishing trips with uncle Jim and Jerry. It was never a dull moment when those two were together. He always made sure that there was a phone call at 12:01 AM on March 13 to wish my mom a happy birthday and to just irritate the hell out of my dad for waking him up. I can still remember his laugh and telling Bill you’ll get over it.
I have so many memories of this great man and he will be greatly missed. Rest in peace uncle Jim.
Love your Little nephew (Ricky) Rick Hoff

  • Mary E Wagner says:

Sympathies to Jim’s family. He was a “gentle” man. Hired Fred at GTE. A wonderful person always to be remembered.

  • My sympathy to the James Painter Family. A loved one is never forgotten and engraved into our memory book. Jim is in the good hands of our Lord. The GTE-Wisconsin Family continues to dwindle as our lives move along.
