Charlotte Lynn (1941-2017)

Charlotte Lynn, age 76, of Bristol, went to our Lord on May 6, 2017 at her residence.

Charlotte was born June 29, 1941 in Gillespie, Illinois to the late Russell and Betty (Smith) Fredericks. She married Jack Allen Lynn who preceded her in death on June 10, 2014.

Charlotte was the consummate mom and homemaker. She was a gifted cook and her Texas Cake was legendary. She loved to take care of others and her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She was the world’s most enthusiastic Bingo player and would go out in any weather for a game. Charlotte was a caring mom to her family up until her final day and nothing would have made her happier.

She is survived by her two sons, Paul Lynn and Jack (Becky) Lynn, Jr., both of Bristol. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tiffany Lynn, Janet Lynn, William Lynn, Jake Teevan, Danielle Lynn, Bailey Lynn, Tawni Moyers, Justin Darracott and Jason Winterle and by her great grandchildren, Alex, Kodee, Katlyn, Brooke, Reese Layla, Logan and Emily. Charlotte is further survived by her brother Abby (Brenda) Fredericks of Gillespie IL and her sister Donna (Edwin) Fogle of Litchfield IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Dennis and her sister Sharon Fenton.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held for Charlotte on Saturday May 13, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Washburn Lodge 145 (8102 199th Ave Bristol, WI 53104). All are welcome.
