Tim J. Marshall (1970-2015)

Tim J. Marshall, age 45, a resident of Sturtevant, died Wednesday October 28th, 2015 at his residence.

Tim was born in Kenosha on October 27th, 1970 to James and Linda (Tyler) Marshall.

Tim’s first love was music. He loved to play guitar and reveled in going to see live bands and concerts. He was a natural mechanic who worked at Midwest Airlines and also G.E. Medical. Tim was a huge fan of fine beer and bad fishing. He could often be found restoring his Oldsmobile Cutlass.

Tim had an amazing mind and could converse about a wide range of interests. He had an infectious joy and could make people laugh.

On April 27th, 2003, he was united in marriage with Corinne Larsen. Tim was a great husband to Cori and a wonderful father to their children.

Although Tim did not wish to be defined by the illness that ultimately took his life, he conceded that the ordeal had made him a better husband, father, son, brother, Christian and friend. He will be missed by all who were touched by his personality.

Tim is survived by his beloved wife Cori and by his mother and step father Linda and Glen Gotsche. He is also survived by his children, Hope Marshall and Josh, Coel and Jori Hoffman and by his grandchildren Kade, Kasen, Rylee and Jayce. In addition, he is survived by his brother Todd Marshall, his step sister Nancy (Joe) Neumann and by his in-laws Judy (Lee) Fulmer and Neal (Sharie) Larsen.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A Memorial service for Tim will take place on Saturday November 7th, 2015 at Holy Nativity Lutheran Church (2313-17th ave.) at 11:30 AM. Visitation with the family will be held at the church from 9:30AM until the time of the service.

Memorial donations in Tim’s name to Holy Nativity Lutheran Church would be appreciated by his family.
